Is Assignment-making business illegal?

I and my friend are very interested in opening a website business to make school assignments, but we are not sure if it’s legal. We don’t have money to get legal advice from a business adviser or solicitor. If there’s someone here who can help us out?

I assume you mean that you will make the ANSWERS to the assignments. (You may not do well if, in the asking opf the question to Y!A you are unable to be concise and clear!!)

FIRST OF ALL: It is unethical to help others with work that they should be doing alone. Unethical means that you will not be breaking a law of the land, but you are disregarding the honorable tenets of education. It is assumed that students will do their OWN work and that the effort will earn a grade. It you two do the work and the student pays you, you will earn the grade for that student who is in essence CHEATING.

You know that cheating is WRONG, or you would not be on this site looking for answers.

DO NOT start this shady business. You will regret it later.
