How can I find someone to work at my waterfront seasonal campground in exchange for a seasonal campsite?

Waterfront campground is on Southern Lake Champlain, near the famous Lake George resort area.

Planed upgrades include electrical work to convert former Trailer sites elec to elec only campsites, replace docks, barter with builders/handymen to build/use waterfront fishing cottages.

Considering forming a boating & fishing club for members to build/buy/maintain docks, and in the future I could possibly reimburse the club for the materials. (should help build local support)

I am starting to work on business plan, and looking for business advisors to insure the long term prospects.

Most of my customers are here for the fishing, using my private boat launch, waterfront location.

I intend to make progress on “My Diamond in the Rough”, even if it is at a slower than normal place.

Have you considered posting this, as a letter, in Motorhome magazine.
You didn’t state the size of the project or types of campers you plan to accomodate.
